"...clues a bit too dubious, eg 14a answer is not difficult choices, but merely choices and 1d answer is not strictly fitting with the clue. Not the best I'm afraid. SH (inits)..."

"...I agree with LA2UK. But on the other hand, I enjoyed the ambiguity of certain clues like 23A which could mean the verb to seal or the animal, or 19A which could be anything. Not for beginners, I agree...."
